Hayseed Dixie have done a lot of enjoyable covers, inclduing the classic Ace of Spades, but I love their incursions into other terrain than rock, like this cover of I Don't Feel Like Dancing...

However, my favourite covers recently have come from Seu Jorge, who did a whole album of Bowie numbers for the film, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou. They are all accoustic and in Brazilian and wonderful.
