The Osmond's Carzy Horses

Del Shannon's Runaway

Repay the compliment, Dwight covering The Blasters. Interestingly enough, this song is about Hank Williams last ride, the long White Caddy is the car he died in, only it was blue!

........And his first album was........... "Guitars, Cadillacs Etc.."

Steve Earles cover of The Rolling Stones;

Acoustic version of 'Boys Of Summer' (Don Henley) by Show Of Hands

Pogues, & Ewan Macolls song..... (yes; Kirstys dad)

The original (he also wrote 'First Time Ever I Saw Your Face' - Johnny Cash version already added here)

And a fabulous cover by Alex Harvey of the late great Jacques Brel's Au Suivant (lyrics not work safe).

And while we're on Jacques Brel Covers there's David Bowie's Port of Amsterdam:

and Terry Jack's Seasons in the Sun

I wasn't going to post that because of the lyrics :smile:

Apologies in advance if this is stretching the acceptable bounds of CC, but this is Nina Gordon's rather delightful folk rendition of NWA's classic gangsta 'Straight Outta Compton' (lyrics not safe for work, minors, and others of a delicate disposition etc etc)

Also her version of Phil Collin's one more night,
