It's a bit more complicated than that...
Time to do a count up (list courtesy the EU website). Plenty of opportunity left - most of Eastern Europe is still up for grabs.

And, although it wasn't this specific rendition used, quite frankly, it isn't hard to see why they chose the music, specifically up until about 4.04, (although the rest is nice too), it is quite evil, yet beautiful sounding:

She did her undergrad dissertation on Ciurlionis, getting information from the future Head of State, Vytautis Landsbergis - who when he wasn't being a politician was a musicologist.

And for Poland another political connection....

Paderewski (one-time PM of Poland) playing Chopin.
