I remebered a forgotten gem and have just spent the last 45 minutes on a 'trip'
A propos the moonlit rides I sometimes do, I went for Canned Heat - always one of my 'schoolboy' favourites. They made so much good music, and along with Hite and wilson etc were typical love generation musicians - and it was all good music.
Poor Moon. No video but good sound quality
And then there was a parade of hits - 'Lets Work Together' 'On the Road Again' etc... and then there was Woodstock.

oh to have been there!
Which brought me to Cream, another favourite group. Another favourite of the errant schoolboy. Crossroads, with Ginger baker as the train, Eric Clapton as the driver and Jack Bruce running back and forth keeping everything under control! Brilliant. Robert Johnson classic.

And, naturally it leads to
Jimi Hendrix. So much music, so little time.
I'm off to amazon to look up 'Forgotten Gems' now!

And I'll not post again as I have had four goes already!
