I've seen her sing it live. Loved it. I went home and looked up the words and the background after the gig. It changed my view of Robbie Burns.

Same here only it was Hector Gilchrist, excellent scotchish folk singer, seen him a couple of time at Burns Suppers, he's cut a superb album of Robbie Burns stuff. He's probably not as good looking though.
