Friday Night is Strings Night

Or more accurately pop songs with violins, violas, cellos... etc. Not full orchestras, and certainly no Hooked on Classics, but the best (and worst) use of classical string instruments in rock and rock.

I'll start with: It's a Beautiful Day and 'White Bird', here done live at the Filmore in 1971:
