This French nonsense apparently means the 'Summer will be hot'. It goes on about how hot it's going to be this summer from 'La Cote D'Azur to St Malo'. Sounds much better in French to be honest. A British version about a hot summer from 'Margate to Whitby' doesn't quite do it. Plus it would never happen.
