As a teenager, i was in an alternative club one friday night (possibly a bit drunk) and all of a sudden, i felt inspired to request the DJ play a certain song... so I strode behind the decks and enthusiastically shouted in his ear "Can you play California Uber Alles by Dead Kennedys?" He looked at me and gestured for me to wait a second... the music was pounding and all of a sudden, the chorus kicked in...
