my immune system is also fine, but am surrounded at work by sniffling people, am contemplating a Japanese style mask (worn by cold sufferers over there of course).

Sleep's been at a premium though, 2.0 has decided to develop really bad wind/colic around 3am every night this week, but I've got tomorrow off work to go register her (and take some photos of municipal Croydon concrete) so I'll catch up in between mountains in the TdF.

if the forecast doesn't change I'll most likely forego the luminous boil in the bag stuff and just go with either the Friday jersey of the gore phantom which is a wee bit waterproof.

Improved or not, I can't imagine that anyone who pulled out last month on the strength of the weather forecast would want to do the same again this time.
Yes, but should those that held their nerve push their luck a second time?

Well I don't care about the weather I've got a waterproof top and trews, and riding all the way to Brighton in the dark and rain is an improvement after a week in the office ..............anyway, there's always breakfast

sorry - forgot to mention that I rode the route this morning and there's nothing to be really afraid of - a hole just above Portnalls Road, bridgeworks on Reigate Hill, some new holes in the Badlands, but, all in all, fine and dandy.

Its eerily quiet here. And with the growing excitement that the ride could end in an increasingly liquid environment. And it ain't Brown or Yellow.

Dilemma - its going to be a warm night so rain gear will only make you wet from the inside too ... and do I want to compromise my new jersey?

Blue Stars in the Morning
....???

The long-sleeve is going to be fine with any of the rain forecasted isn't it? All looks less than a mil an hour or so.

Have just had a bit of a nap and it appears that hushovd has turned into hinault.
