FNRttC Friday Night Ride to the Coast York to Cleethorpes 18th June 2010

Right, I'm back, who can I start a fight with now?



Looks like I'm occupied for the Friday evening at my boss's birthday steak dinner, but I'll be back in York in time to see people at the Minster if not before, and if I'm allowed, to escort you to the ring road. I'll be on the Dash. (note to self, sort out lights)

If anyone is coming back into York for the CTC rally on Saturday, do drop by the Velo Vision stand and say hello if I'm there.

train back to sheffield is booked for 10.28 as by a stroke of luck i get to go home this weekend to go in pursuit of a 23 minute 10 next week. thetrainline is now down for maintenance but i was about to book a ticket to get me to york at 14,30 in time to hopefully see the US of A get there A's kicked - if the prices go up over night i will be very sad . bike is now up and running again (hooray) and despite testing today i think its best i go for a 70 mile spin tomorrow morning as well, just to be sure ...

I'm getting in to York at 10pm ish, and would like to hang out with some CCers - I see some will be in the Rook & Gaskill & the Victoria(Vaults?) has been mentioned too.

only 63 miles in the end @ 15.1 avg, doing snakes pass twice was a silly idea bikehike says 6000 feet of climbing for the day as well legs working properly again by the end of the ride, tomorrow should be great
