Grey and windy and wet.
I suppose I should look on the bright side and be thankful it isn't bucketing down.

Team GB in the Curling final tomorrow. Wahey! I know two of them. I see them on a regular basis and there they are - on the telly and going for Olympic gold.

Grey wet & windy / typical central belt February day: take your pick. Glad I managed the winter holy trinity of a bike ride, a walk, and a hot tub yesterday.

After some taxiing of DD1 to work, DD2 has mentioned that she fancies some climbing today.

There's a decent coffee machine down at the arena so who am I to argue?

Nice to sleep in a bed in a house last night. Walked hounds rather than ran this morning, work stuff and then a run to avoid the FIL (basically lovejoy).

Morning,

Very good late boozy lunch yesterday but feeling alright today apart from one of the hounds kept wanting to be let out in the night to be sick. Seems OK now. Plenty going on as a few deadlines approaching end of the month so the corporate hamster wheel keeps spinning at a decent speed. Out for steak and vino tonight so all good.

Afternoon folks,
Shirking from home after a couple of days in the orifice. Knocking off shortly then going to meet the EPO in a local hostelry. Female child has started working this week, very glad about that as she was really struggling to find something she could do with the chronic fatigue still being an issue. She’s working 4 days at home and 1 in the office from 10 til 5. Hopefully it will work out well, although we do have 3 of us working in a small house, had to make a folding desk in the lad’s room. Need to wall mount a monitor tomorrow.
Another 15 minutes, might have a cuppa to tide me over…
