I gimbled mine away a long time ago.

No point asking you anything else then is there? Now, where's Rich - talking of pointless things.

A numpty question before I order one.

If your chest measures 100cm with a tape should I order a 100cm jersey or would the 104 be a wiser choice?

Returning to the OP for more material:

May I suggest you are likely to get a better fit if you measure your own chest, not the reader's...?

I've a hunch the red star wasn't an accident...

For sure I know that Claudine..

We're poles apart. Rich was born in Krackow and... Luckily, neither Rich nor I have a magnetic strip on our jerseys or Frank would probably swipe them.

I'm sure you had a cardinal point to make, but now you have no bearing - Frank has stolen all your Silva.

CycleChat jerseys came in 2 different colours. Should be easy enough to do the same for the Friday's Jersey.

a choice for those who do not like the colour red, another colour would be nice.

I'm very keen to show my support for the FNRttC and would order a short and long sleeve version but not in Red.

it was an accident in the sense that I looked at people waving the (old) new Libyan flag and had a complete change of heart about the colours - which, had, hitherto been brown (?) yellow (?) and purple (?)

so I started off with a crescent, and then I thought 'star' and then I thought 'ah-ha Stars and Stripes' and started playing around with lots of stars, before doing the big star thing because I realised that smaller points would be naff on a wool jersey. What fixed it was getting the two t's in the star on the front, and realising that I had to have a darkish colour to take the 'stripe of pride' at the back. And working out that it would go with the 'Italian' colours on my bike (sorry)

And then, when I put up the design I got an e-mail from somebody who had done the ride just the once saying it was the coolest design he'd ever seen, and, to be fair, there have been a few of those.

So - as for alternative colours - I'm not sure how the sublimation thing works. I'm going to take the orders that I've got down on the 1st June and ask some more questions. This is because dealing with Gear Club is a bit hit and miss. Peterborough CTC loved the shirts, but I find that it takes them ages to get back to me, and on women's sizing they've just not shown enough interest

Dell, it's impossible to come up with a design that everyone will like. If you have a majority then I'd take that as a compliment.

Besides, my bike's Italian too...

It is a really cool design no doubt. And I know the design means a lot to you which is fair enough. It's just a tribal thing with me Si as you have probably guessed.
I can't imagine the sublimation of one colour to whatever other colour (not in the red scale) would be too much of a problem. I would even be happy to pay a premium for a different colour.
