Front Suspension Forks Wanted.

As per the title, I am after a set of front suspension forks with lockout for my lads MTB. It is a 1 1/8 th headset and only being a 14" frame a fairly short steerer is fine. It is his first full size bike so exotica is not required but anything half decent and fully functional, disc or V brake compatible considered.
