Wasn't there an investigative programme on TV last year that found that some of the frozen fish on sale had been frozen for 5 or 6 years before sale?

I left it out to defrost, then cooked summat else for tea, and put it in the fridge... will sample some at lunchtime today... it's only me that'll eat it... and there's loads of it... so the dog might get some....

Well, I've eaten it*
It was a kind of 'family pack', the sort of thing people buy at Christmas (which I think is how we got it, but poss/prob Xmas 2009). Reaally delicious, and no rumbles/squirts/eruptions so far!
*it was too much for little old me, and nobody else wants to dare it, so I shared it with my extremely lucky dog, who loves fish. To eat. Not as pets.
