Frst 75k/m ride, since 2008.

Just did my first 75k/m ride in over 4 years, I was aiming for the 50m but got a little lost around Drax, well more that a took a wrong turn. There was also a bit of an East wind blowing when I set off, dam thing had just about dropped for the return bit.
So 46m in 3:41 avg 12.6 with panniers.
The homeward journey was the quicker.

Thanks, but my right knee was really bad when I went out this morning, seems ok now though, well as ok as it gets, an old injury).

I think I will do a few shorter distances, till I get new gloves, arms were like shock absorbers at one point (really bad stretch of road near Rawcliff), mind the 23c tyres didnt help much
