One of two frames I'm offering for sale is a compact geometry Giant frame, size small. Plenty of detail is provided below - please get in touch if you're interested and/or have any other questions.
SUMMARY
* Giant compact geometry aluminium road frame, carbon forks, Cane Creek headset, and Hope seat collar
* 445mm seat tube (c-top), 515mm top tube (c-c)
* Would fit rider between about 5'2" and 5'8"
* Structurally good although cosmetically quite poor
* £30 if collected (SW London), £45 posted

DETAILS
Frame:
* 31.6mm seatpost (widely available, seatpost available if required)
* 68mm English BB shell (good threads)
* 700c
* standard drop brakes (set of Ultegra F+R calipers available)
* rear triangle 130mm
* NO downtube gear bosses - cable guides on headtube - requires inline cable adjusters (can be supplied free if needed)
* 2x cage bosses
* braze-on front mech boss
* vertical rear dropouts (replaceable drive-side)
* rear bosses for rear mudguard / rack (no other mounting point close to BB)
* generally fairly tight clearances so tyres limited to c.25mm
Forks:
* Promax carbon (original Giant forks were aero bladed and very stiff so replaced with something more compliant for longer-distance comfort!)
* alloy steerer and dropouts
* allowing for stem, 25mm vertical adjustment possible (5mm, 10mm, 10mm spacers included)
* condition of forks no better than reasonable - cosmetic scuffs/scratches on lower legs
Headset:
* Cane Creek (made by VP)
* 1-1/8" ahead
* ok condition but would benefit from replacement in not too distant future
Seat collar:
* Upgraded Hope collar (34.9mm)
The bike has been owned from new (2003-) and has covered c.10,000km. Cosmetically it's showing its age but is straight and true and appears structually sound. Reason for selling is that I've upgraded to a 653 frame which also has mudguards for winter use.
I'm looking for £30 if collected from SW London (either my home or mutually convenient train station). If it has to be posted then it would be £45.
