I can’t be certain of any distances but I never used the bike that much TBH. They are used but run smooth and shift perfectly etc.
I’d probably take £30 for both?

Sorry for delay, been doing some research. The BB will end up in a frame with a T47 shell, so I'd need adaptors, which are available at £40 ish. So £60 total. Or do I buy a complete T47 Bb from someone like Praxis for £55.00?
