wiggle advise getting a (euro) size up for shimano, so if you're normally 42, you need to get 43.
(i am usually 41 but get 42 shimano shoes)
i've got some similar shimano shoes, but they have only two straps. they've been worn for every ride for the last two years, and only now am i beginning to notice the sole flexing slightly under load.
for what these ones are going for, i'd recommend them as a bargain. shame they're too big for me, but then i've just pushed the boat out for some shimano 131s shoes.
