Funny Noise from Headset/Tube

Just recently i have started to hear a squeak from the headset/tube when cycling uphil (Standing up). Anything i can do to prevent it, or is it nothing to worry about?

Possibly just the joint between the handlebars and stem becoming dry.

The extra pressure on the bars when you are humping up a hill maybe the causing the squeak, so a smear of grease on the clamp between it and the bars would be a good place to start in curing the squeak.

I found my cables squeaked where the outer cables ended at the welded on stops on down-tube. A bit of grease fixed it.
