Yes indeed. 22km over rocks and tree stumps completely wiped me out
This year annual pilgrimages to m-i-laws and back x3 cardigan to winchester 247 miles each way in a day gets rid of the anger before I see her!
Until recently 10miles was pretty much my limit. Then I did the Mayor of London Skyride back in August (on a full suspension MTB). I road from Barking to Central London, twice around the course (9mile course) and back down the A13 to Barking. I was doing alright until I got back to Canning Town. Canning Town to Barking was a slog and a half!
