Seeing this reminds me of an issue I have had regarding my tools. I spent my working life in construction. I am a carpenter as was my dad,as a result if which I still have a whole range of tools, a lot if which are now obsolete.

I recently heard of a charity called Tools With A Mission. They collect tools , not just carpentry items, and make up tool kits that are sent to people in under developed countries. I think that this is a route I might take. They have a web-site . May be food for thought if you have tools that nobody will want?
