Gaadi innertubes in 16" ?

These inner tubes are like a length of hose and not formed into a circle,which enables you to fit them without wheel removal ..I have one on the rear of my hub geared 27" wheel ....Now their web site says they make a new "magical" one size fits all from 16" to 29" has anyone tried them on a brompton's wheel ?

Back in the 1890s or so this was many inner tubes. In some cases you were to tie a knot in the end to trim it. Apparently it was awful and thus went away. Sounds like a good quick repair solution, but anything that would cover a 622 wheel would have a lot of overlap on a 349 size, maybe too much?

wrap it twice around?..... Oh, no that defeats its purpose
