Apparently it's quite a popular children's tv program (goblins and elves and the like).

Beric Dondarrion
Jon Snow
Gregor Clegane

Arya Stark's recovery was also somewhat improbable.

I've also seen a rumour about another dead character coming back in the new series...
Berric, he died true but he is hardly a major character and Gregor didnt die at all

Looks like I'm in the minority on liking the show, it seems to have gone past being popular and now its cool to say you don't like it.

Hmmmm. I would say Robert Strong is essentially an animated headless corpse, but perhaps it depends on your definition of death...
Oops, good point sir, I was mixing my cleganes. I guess even he is debatable though, it's not certain he died. if he didn't die he definitely didn't make a full recovery though.

Binge watched Season 6 over the weekend in readiness for the new episodes.

Anyone who thinks it's gotten boring needs to watch Battle of the Bastards, which is
amply demonstrates the scale of GoT

Great battle but also the greatest advert for the folly of running in a straight line since prometheus.
