Help.
I've been given garden leave for the whole of November, I know I couldn't have picked a worse month really.

Any suggestions for heading out on my bike on an adventure would be appreciated.

Thinking of doing the coast to coast or way of the roses? Anybody done this in November? Any Tips?

Not sure where you're based but a South Coast trek would be a candidate for me, something like Rye to Lyme Regis? It'd take in South Downs, New Forest etc weather should be tolerable. Wouldn't be particularly flat though.

Thanks Sbudge will look into that, I'm based in the midlands so either direction is an option.
Bring on the hills.

Chill out, have the odd snooze, catch up on your reading, go to a gig, walk the dog, take on some leisurely rides, go shooting, go see the family... I could quietly fill a month most satisfactorily.

I wish I had some "Garden Leave". In a time of economic crisis your company must be doing really well. Jealous. :bicycle:Happy riding, make the most of it!

not neccesarily. garden leave can be ( and in the case of the company i work for) the 30 day consultation period before the redundancy axe drops .

hopefully it isn't in this case
