Garmin 510 & live strava segments

okay, they've installed themselves as I've updated & synced after rides.

TBH they are so annoying. Does anyone know how to turn them off.

Also, does anyone know how to make it pause when you stop?

I think you can turn auto pause on mines set so that it stops automatically when I stop not sure about turning live segments off as I'm not a premium account holder for strava

Can't help with the Strava issue I'm afraid, but to set Auto Pause on the 510, press the spanner and screwdriver icon bottom right of the screen, then press Activity Profiles. Press the appropriate "Race" "Train" or "Ride" tabs and then scroll down to Auto Pause. Press it and it will give you the option to auto pause when stopped. Hope this helps.
