Has anyone ever seen any good / user-friendly guides on creating a workout for the Garmin 705?
By which I mean where you could have it telling what speed / cadence/ heart rate etc you should be doing and for how long. So 10 mins medium, 1 min sprint, 5 mins easy etc etc
