Garmin and Android

Does anyone know the trick of being able to upload data from an Edge 810 to a Galaxy S4 using the latest version of Android.

Yup, grab the Garmin Connect app

Done that and it works fine with my retired iPhone but the S4 can't see the Edge and the Edge can't see the S4.
What am I doing wrong?

Hmm, I don't know. After years of persevering with the quirks of android I gave up and got an iPhone.

Knowing android there's probably some third part app that will fix the problem.

Have you tried to pair them? There should be an option on your phone to make it visible to other bluetooth devices. If you've done that and still can't pair them then is there also something you need to do on your Edge to make it visible?

Worked it out..... you can only have 1 paired device at a time. I deleted the iPhone and after a couple of unable to communicate error messages it paired and is now functioning as advertised.
