Saw you again in Towyn today. Took me a while to realise who it was.
The reason I was stopped at the side of the road is that there was a cyclist a little further up the road who I had seen having some difficulty with his bike. I turned around and was just about to help him when he cycled off, so I had to stop and wait for the traffic to pass until I could turn around again.
