I didn't know until the agent contacted me just now to let me know thay had arrived, three days late.

Do I shoot her? Give her a good thumping? Or just say nothing as usual?

And yes she does dress somewhat revealingly but since she's about 56 one is reminded of a couple of wrinkled deflating balloons the morning after a party.

OMG - reading from an electronically stored version and copying it out... isn't mailmerge/cut 'n' paste meant for stuff like this??

Labels should be produced from the contact data base, not typed as you describe.

Common mistake near the end of the day, getting the post out, in a hurry. The process needs improvement, not the secretary.

you might want to also check what visas she has got, and the destination on the tickets. Might find yourself in Durban instead of Dublin...

These visas are for Nigeria, Ghana and Ivory Coast. I'll be in Durban next week, will be sure to update you all on the weekend's cycling in the warm African sunshine!
