I've watched it a few times.. tbh I cant tell if the reflections I did see were from the angles of street lighting or not..

It all depends where his camera is mounted.. looks like a roof rack? or side of the roof?

I agree though, you'd expect something to reflect off said cyclists, even from side lights.

Or reflecting off the parked cars... road signs, cats eyes...
