Kippax near Leeds is etched in my memory. It has a fearsome hill. I nearly met my end there when a motorist in front of me stopped alongside a parked car to let a car driver reverse out of his drive. After I miraculously found a gap to pass through, I realised that I had a prodigious talent for swearing.

Thanks for the welcome guys, the name Kippaxaus is just a combination of Manchester City's old stand called the Kippax and the fact I live in Australia...so Dayvo was probably the closest.

Being a cricket nerd, I'd heard of an Australian cricketer (Alan Kippax). Also another Kippax (Peter) made cricket bats (but he was English).
