Which tools do I need to take off the gears(cassette?)?

If you photograph the wheel off the bike it will be clearer.

You probably need a standard freewheel block removal tool (not the same as a cassette lockring tool) - it's not a cassette. But (echoing Joe) an image from side on of the sprockets focused on where the axle disappears will confirm that (or otherwise). And a minging merciless spanner (and pipe to go on it).
Be aware that, even with the correct tool, this will not be 'easy'.

Looks like a screw on block. You'll need the correct removal tool and a vice if you have one. If you don't have a vice then you may need a pipe as leverage to get the thing off. They can be buggers. Much easier to use a vice to secure the tool and place the wheel on it. This is the sort of tool to look for (link below). You'll find many videos on YouTube how to do it. Or you can visit your lbs and they'll probably do it for a few quid, especially if you buy a freewheel off them 😉
