Yay. Today I fixed my front mech n shifter. Never done that before! Hurrah for bike radar videos on YouTube.

Well done what was wrong with it ? I have yet too even adjust my own gears but I must learn it. As of now all bikes are tip top though but I will have ago when the time comes

I phoned my local mechanic guy and asked him for a price to adjust a front mech. Eight quid he said, shouldn't take long if I wanted to wait.
I said it might be a bigger job than you think. 'Some idiot' has had a go himself.
He said he dreaded those words.
