Just been introduced to this jar of loveliness by a colleague. Will be consuming it tonight with a curry and stinking of garlic for several days after I should think.

It's far superior to Sharwood's mango chutney.

Stinking of garlic after a curry isn't a given.

It's the chunks of garlic in the chutney. Passengers on the train are already edging away after today's lunchtime trial.

It's lovely stuff. I had some last night with my Keema Aloo and rice

Is that shepherd's pie?

Heh-heh. It could have been, I suppose.
Onion, ginger, garlic, balti masala, cardomon, tomatoes, coconut cream, minced lamb and chunks of potato.
It's just a mince and potato curry, but I like it. Imagine Bombay Aloo mixed with a shami kebab that fell to bits, and that's about what I aim for.

I am always looking for some nice pickles; maybe that’s why my grocery cupboard is mostly condiments and very little food. I will try this one, especially because it’s got some chili heat.

Geeta's chutters is pukka!

It goes very well with cheese and biscs or even better with melted chiz on toast... Ohh yes!

Makes you wonder what rubbish is in the other jars of gloop  when you taste this little diamond of a chutney!
