Any possible reason not to get this as on sale for £600?

Been riding a Carrera tdf for a year, put 3000 miles on it, one 100 mile ride. Usually do 2 or 3 hour long rides midweek and a 3 hour ride at the weekend.

Live in the South Downs so plenty of hills to haul my 16 stone ass up.

Love the look of this bike, love that its British and I can't see that any corners have been cut on the components.

Nope, looks great. But get a test ride to check it's the one for you (and sizing etc)

Excellent, have had a go on the Volant 10 which has the same frame.

I might just go for it as that price is way better than anywhere else!

Great bike for that price. I have a Volant 00, and had a TDF as well for a bit (bought to swap some bits over and sell on) and the Genesis was miles nicer to ride, lighter, stiffer. With the better groupset of the 20 it will be a huge step up.
