Anyone see Top Gear last night? I laughed so much over the self-build electric car. It was the bit where they faked the filmed safety tests at MIRA that really got me.

Also, nice to see them being consistently overtaken by cyclists;). Driving an electric truck for work, I've got used to that.

A TG classic....

Yes, I thought it one of the most amusing ones since the Alsa-Romoaab.

i loved it when they were doing the stuff in reverse and slow mo..

I was literally laughing out loud at that. On top of a cough and cold, I ended up spluttering a lot.

And the bit at the end when they read the reviews....

And before TG, I managed to catch the repeat of James May's record breaking skalextric - superb!

So am I the only person who thinks the show is getting really boring and predictable?

I thought the last season overall was of a lower standard (apart from the A1 opening episode). I've really liked this season though.

I actually cried while laughing at the faked slow motion bit.

The James May Scalextric was superb, a gentle story of enthusiasm and friendly cooperation. He really stamped his personality on the whole thing.

I liked the solar panel on top of Veggie Stig's helmet. But they need to drop star-in-car bit. The other prog which is compete drivel but can't help laughing is TV Burp. It does highlight how rubbish most of TV is.

I don't know what people see in this show. It's tedious testosterone-fuelled narcissistic crap. When I read people on here talking about top gear I actually thought they were being ironic. It seems I got it really really wrong somehow! Oh well <sigh>;)
