get cycling in york

had a 90 mile drive to "get cycling" in york today.....
along with a friend we went to try out a recumbent kmx trike ,on the whole an enjoyable experience, it was the first time on any kind of recumbent.
I expected to feel vulnerable on the road ,i actually felt the opposite,

im liking this recumbent malarky a lot

if anyone is thinking of visiting this shop for any reason ,then i assure you that it will be difficult to find two more helpful people than i met there today ,

now wheres the wife hid my credit card

I was looking at the KMX for my brother, but it's just a tad too small for him, certainly a helpful bunch
