Bit chilly at 6.30am, warming up nicely now though, it's almost warm enough for shorts :sun:
I set off between 6.00-6.30am and haven't even considered ditching the shorts yet. Had some cold toes this morning when I got to work at 7.45. Time for some shopping

I didn't check the temp here but I did notice that I was more awake than usual by the time I reached work!

As long as I breathe, I attack.
Don't no what some of you are going to do when it gets cold, still commuting in a t shirt here.
Depends on the commute, on the weather this morning it said it might be 8-9 thursday morning but for those of use in rural areas you could take another 5 degrees + colder .Cold fog at 5 am this morning so i was glad i had legwarmers, windproof and full finger gloves.
I have started feeling the cold more, maybe its because my % bodyfat is lower than a few years ago or i am getting old and will end up sitting in front of the fire all day when i am old ;)

Bodyfat - I feel much colder now than when I 1st started. It was chilly this morning with shorts and t shirt but I know that come the ride home now it's baking.

Blame me for the warm weather - I sorted through and got my winter goodies prepared last week and also bought some new lights, overshoes and a headwarmer thing !

My only concession to winter gear is a pair of full finger gloves, all last year come frost or snow I still set out in shorts and a cheap hi vis lycra short sleeved t-shirt. I find that I'm sweating and over heating after the first mile.
