Have you ever used a Yorkshire screwdriver?
My previous LBS (which was on my street, and very handy) closed down a year ago. I took it to another yesterday, which is about 10 mile drive away, but the fella took it into his workshop, tightened up spokes with wheel on his jig thingy, made it good, and charged me ... er.... absolutely NOTHING! 
AND WHAT'S MORE, he also explained how I might practice doing it myself using an old wheel, and what to do.
