Little update. Since my ablation surgery exactly one month ago today, I have ridden (road?) my bike numerous times. While staying around the 60 mile per week limit from my doctors. I just did back to back 15 milers, which does not sound like a lot, but I a big milestone for my comeback. I was regularly doing 15 a day with 22 on weekends. Legs are good, heart feels good, lungs seem to be slowly coming back.

I don’t know if anyone experienced this, while riding after the first couple of junk miles (usually 3 for me) my legs want to push hard and are happy. I have found that they are solid from mile 4 until 20 before they start to get fatigued. My lungs on the other hand... have not caught back up to my legs. I am sure they too will come back in time. Ride safe everyone.
