Brilliant progress Joe - from my calculations you'll not need to go out on the bike soon - you'll be meeting yourself coming back in just under five weeks if you continue to knock 30 mins off every two weeks.

I've noticed the same as you, i.e. a bit of progress followed by a period of consolidation, then a bit more progress. Can't say I'm trying very hard, but time on the bike just makes for better riding I suppose.
