I wouldn't fancy carrying that in my watch-pocket - it doesn't have a trigger guard. Knowing my luck, the trigger would unfold itself, get knocked, and I would end up blasting off some important part of my anatomy!

Simple, load with 5 cartridges, rest the hammer on the empty chamber.

I'd leave it on the chamber next to the empty one. If the trigger is pulled, it'll rotate the cylinder to the empty one and avoid an accidental shooting (assuming it's a double-action).
