Ghost Bike removal - Jason McIntyre

I posed this question in an existing thread for Jason McIntyre in Pro Cycling but haven't had any reply. Does anyone know who removed his ghost bike from the junction where he was killed and why? Was it family or someone else?

I'm not a member.

I'm sure it was there two weeks ago, I only noticed it was gone when I passed the location last Friday.
