Giant Bowery - Handlebar Size

I know a few of you here have one of these, so before I order a new stem I want to double check that the handlebars (2008 model) are actually oversize and therefore require 31.8mm diameter.

For bonus points, if anyone can recommend a gloss black one that'll match the paintwork, comes in 80/90mm flavour and costs under thirty quid that would be brill.

(I've managed to order 2 wrong size things this week and am seriously doubting my own judgement )

Definitely oversized, at the stem, so 31.8mm I guess.

Can't help with the black bars.
