Giant contact no.

i have a giant cyclotron mag turbo trainer but unfortunately the handlebar gear shifter has smashed. ive searched the tinternet for a direct contact no. or email address of Giant to get a replacement but haven't had any success. do any of you have those details?

also do you know if using a finger thumb mtb gear shifter would suffice if I source a replacement?
