What are peoples thoughts on the above for a beginners bike.

Good bike, but imo i would go for the cube peleton compact 2013, also at 599. Better spec and better looking. Only available in 58cm though, but this would equate to a large.

my original option was the cube, but was looking at others think i might stick to the cube.

Good bike, but i would consider the defy 3 for a little more money. Gives you a much better long term bike with carbon forks

I got my Defy from Ash and had a very good service. Great bike too.

They seem to be a very keenly priced store & get quoted a lot on here.

Iv got one and love it. Great frame !
Only let downs for me are the thumb shifters and brake calipers. Perhaps defy 3 has better equipped shifters and brakes ???
Other than that ........
Cracking bike for the money
