Giant standard inner tubes

I was recommended these in inner tubes by my LBS as a good one for not getting punctures while going down the canal tow path, and I was wondering if anyone knows If they are good for that type of job and anywhere on the Internet I could find them as I can't seem to see them anywhere?

Inner tube are inner tubes at the end of the day, what tyres you riding with?

As above. The tyres are what offer puncture resistance.

However I now avoid continental tubes like the plague as all 3 of the ones I used kept loosing pressure overnight, can only think maybe the valves are rubbish.

They are usually very good.
Must be a bad batch.

I don't know if you get them in the UK or not but we have what are known as "thorn proof" tube here. These are much thicker tubes designed to puncture less.

Don't know if these Giant tubes are thicker ones or not?
