Globalti is rightfully excited about getting tickets for The Rolling Stones. I always look forward to going to the Knockengorroch festival in Dumfriesshire. I like to purchase tickets as soon as they are released. They are issued in order of purchase. My ticket arrived today. Look at its number...

The ticket number is at the bottom right The large digit is the number of days that it's for. I can only make it for the last three days and not all four days.

Funnily enough I was sort of sponsored by the pie truck at Knockengorroch the year before last. I was sporting a 'Keep Calm and Eat More Pies' hoodie and I was encouraged to stay at one of their tables by them supplying my with free pies and becoming a live advert for their wares.

I was very restrained last year and only ate two pies - the truck was under new ownership to and the new owners were not as entrepreneurial as the old ones. Still - it left more room for beer and spirits.

I'm only taking the puss because i'm a tad envious. I live in a land of the culturally dead. No pies and no ceilidh.

They are looking for extras for a 'nazi zombie' film at the moment (dead snow 2). I wouldn't stand a chance - i'm up against five million naturals.
