Gin O'Clock - what are our favourites ?

I like Bombay sapphire and fever tree Mediterranean tonic with a slice of lime

I've noticed some people adding Fever Tree elderflower tonic to expensive gin lately. Isn't that the equivalent to adding coke to Gelnlivet?

Not really. Drink what you like and how you like it, I don't think there's a right or wrong.

It's a long time since I saw a gin list with almost nothing I can get from Waitrose...

Sadly the really local one has run out, so I'm back on beer.

I bought some Edinburgh Seaside Gin last week and i have to say it's delish

The week before we had a trip out with friends to The Cambridge Distillery http://www.cambridgedistillery.co.uk/ and spent and hour or so "tasting "

Boe Violet or Mikkeller would be my choice as i have not tried them. I haven't tried your local one either but as they have run out it's rude not to try the others.
