This is surreal. I'm now watching Peak Practice in Norwegian, Race radio underneath and listening to live commentary on the French Open tennis.

NRK1 is the Norwegian equivalent of BBC1; can't ever see the Beeb showing live cycling!

The Norwegian commentary is good; knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining.

I don't have a TV (my choice) but to see the main cycling events is a bonus. I missed Peak Practice, though!

Both this and dodgy's links are great. I have moved on since and written a little .NET program which combines both links in a program I can keep running without having to keep the web browser open.

Cyclingfans.com has a similar Giro player with english audio that I always use.

They also have other Giro players on their main page that have different bandwidths if you need a lower one.
